About the institute
The Institute of Professional Industrialists & Management Development (IPIMD) is Nigeria’s Foremost Industrial & Entrepreneurship Management Development Institute. The Institute was incorporated in 2010 by guarantee (LTD/GTE) following an accreditation by the Federal Ministry of Education and approval by the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister for Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. It commenced operations in 2014 after formal launching with an Inaugural Lecture delivered by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade & Investment (FMITI).
The Institute is dedicated to the promotion of professionalism and regulation of standards in the study and practice of industrial and entrepreneurship management and for bridging the Capacity-Gap in the Nigeria’s Industrial/Entrepreneurship Sector.
It is also dedicated to the recognition and certification of entrepreneurs/business-owners, industrialists & industrial managers, industrial consultants, academia/researchers, policymakers both in the private and public sectors, staff of government industrial & entrepreneurship institutions, students & graduates of industrial & entrepreneurship management and allied disciplines.

Admission & Induction Procedures
Admission is ongoing but Induction is at the Summit. Applicants are advised to go through the Institute Prospectus with emphasis on the Categories of Membership (leaflet attached), to determine his/her category. Schedule of fees for each category is also attached for proper placement. After which, the Candidate should fill/complete the application form attached herewith. Completed forms should be returned online with evidence of payment of registration fee for the category of choice and two (2) passport photographs (scanned). Registration fee should be paid into the Institutes Bank Account at the Fidelity Bank Plc. A/C No. 4010682059.
